envisionTEC PHOTOSILVER´s high temperature resistance allows for the
production of vulcanised rubber molds without breaking or melting the
envisionTEC PHOTOSILVER master pattern.
The increased number of ceramic nanoparticles in the envisionTEC
PHOTOSILVER resin leads to improved defnition of model detail compared to other flled materials.
envisionTEC´s new PHOTOSILVER is the only RP resin that can produce high detail models straight from the machine without the need for fnishing and so can be used directly for molding using convertional techniques and materials.
И в дополнение к вышеизложенному материалу и из разговора одного из сотрудников я понял что этот материал перед тем как залить в рабочую ванну нужно тщательно перемешать в течении аж ТРЕХ ЧАСОВ после чего в ультразвуке 40 МИНУТ РАЗОГРЕВАТЬ ДО ОПРЕДЕЛЕННОЙ ТЕМПЕРАТУРЫ и это надо делать перед каждым построением!!! а качество материала каждый раз когда вы его разогреваете все хуже и хуже...
